Role: Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician responsible for providing surgical care in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing surgeries in the operating room and managing patient care in the ICU.
- Rounding on patients in the Emergency Department and hospital floors.
- Participating in on-call rotations, including nights and weekends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
- Certifications in ACLS and BLS.
- Licensed to practice in Connecticut.
- Experience with Epic EMR system.
Key Duties:
- Providing comprehensive cardiothoracic surgical care.
- Collaborating with hospital staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhering to credentialing requirements and safety protocols.
