Role: Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery and Post-Partum, providing safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care independently within the LDRP unit.
- Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; guide unlicensed assistive personnel; collaborate with the healthcare team; contribute to safety outcomes and high-quality patient experiences.
- Qualifications: Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school (BSN preferred); current IL nursing license; BLS/CPR certification; 1+ year of acute care or labor and delivery/post-partum experience (preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills specific to labor and delivery/post-partum care.
- Additional Requirements: Willingness to float to Post-Partum Evanston Hospital and participate in on-call duties as per unit needs.
