Your responsibilities include patient assessment, triage, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare teams, responding to critical situations, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires a minimum of 2+ years of recent ED RN experience, graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), and active RN licensure (Georgia or Compact). Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are mandatory; TNCC or ATCN preferred. Essential skills include critical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and ability to perform under pressure.
