Position: Clinical Nurse Manager, General Medical Telemetry
Responsibilities:
- Oversee 24/7 nursing practice, daily operations, performance improvement, and fiscal management of the clinical unit.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and foster a therapeutic environment that promotes engagement among nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop partnerships with peers to enhance patient, family, and staff loyalty, and contribute to safety and quality outcomes.
- Lead quality initiatives using evidence-based practices and promote critical thinking and innovation among staff.
- Create a resilient, supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and practice advancement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current nursing licensure in IL; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification; National certification in Medical Surgical or related specialty preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience; management experience preferred.
- Strong relationship management, communication, conflict resolution, and clinical leadership skills.
