We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team.
Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and adherence to policies.
The role involves monitoring patient conditions, delivering care according to the care plan, and prioritizing patient needs.
Additionally, the nurse will serve as a patient advocate, communicate effectively with families and providers, and support patient satisfaction.
Key duties also encompass contributing to performance improvement initiatives, maintaining professional competence, and fostering professional growth and leadership.
Qualifications include associates or bachelor’s degree in nursing and required licensing/certifications such as BLS, RN licensure, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS.
