Role Overview: This position is for an Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering direct patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities: Contribute to assessments, address patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and reinforce education and discharge planning. Provide treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies per policies. Evaluate intervention effectiveness and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs. Participate in unit-based decision-making, mentor new staff, and promote evidence-based practices. Ensure patient safety and satisfaction while coordinating care and maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing and meet licensure requirements. Ability to provide compassionate, comprehensive care and work effectively within a team. Strong communication, critical thinking, and mentorship skills are essential.
