Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing compassionate, high-quality care on a 24-bed advanced acute care unit.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, perform, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs.
- Coordinate care, including patient and family education, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Deliver direct patient care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Participate in quality and safety initiatives, unit decision-making, and evidence-based practices.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and promote a safe, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle complex patient cases in a fast-paced setting.
