Seeking an RN to provide urgent care in a fast-paced outpatient setting with physician oversight.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing and triaging patient needs across a wide age range, from children to geriatrics.
- Providing direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Performing initial and ongoing patient assessments, documenting medical history, vital signs, and clinical data.
- Assisting providers with procedures and managing IV insertions and monitoring.
- Collecting lab specimens, preparing reports, and communicating results to patients and staff.
- Coordinating care plans, patient education, discharge planning, and follow-up.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality care and meet departmental goals.
Qualifications include:
- Graduate from a specialty training program.
- At least two years of RN experience.
