Position Overview

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing residents’ quality of life through hands-on support, relationship building, and personalized care. Your responsibilities include assisting with

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care

and

following and documenting changes in Individualized Service Plans (ISP)

. You will promote safety, dignity, and independence while engaging residents in

conversations and daily activities

to foster a sense of community. In Memory Care settings, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

**Qualifications include:**

• High School Diploma/GED and minimum age of 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
