Role Overview:
This position involves creating and maintaining staff schedules for a multidisciplinary home care team, ensuring exceptional patient care and adherence to regulations. The role requires independent decision-making regarding daily staffing, with clinical support from supervisors, and proficiency in complex scheduling software. The candidate must monitor schedules proactively, communicate effectively with clinicians and charge nurses, and support the delivery of comprehensive home care services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and adjust staff schedules to optimize patient care.
- Make independent staffing decisions within regulatory guidelines.
- Learn and utilize complex scheduling systems.
- Coordinate and communicate with clinical staff and supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2-5 years of experience, with preferred 5-10 years.
- Experience in home care or supervisory roles is a plus.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
- Ability to understand home health regulations.
