Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)
Experience & Skills
- Knowledge of medical laboratory practices, procedures, and terminology
- Familiarity with lab/reference manuals, formularies, and ICD-10 coding
Certifications & Licensure
- Basic Life Support certification (required within 90 days of hire)
- Preferred: Certification by ASCP or equivalent, certified phlebotomy technician
