Key Duties:
- Perform patient assessments, therapy planning, and medication administration
- Manage ventilators, conduct weaning, and interpret waveforms
- Administer aerosolized medications, perform airway management, and assist with invasive/non-invasive procedures
- Educate patients, families, and support staff while promoting a safe environment
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with policies
