Role Overview:
Seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures with a focus on MRI. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, executing studies independently, and ensuring quality control. Cross-training in MRI is available for registered Radiologic Technologists (R.T.(R)).
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging studies accurately and efficiently
- Prepare patients and operate imaging equipment
- Conduct studies independently, including on-call and portable exams
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree or trade school training in radiologic technology
- Licenses & Certifications: IEMA (excluding MRI), RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience, CPR, Intravenous Therapy certification
- No prior supervisory experience required
Additional Requirements:
- Call and holiday rotation participation
- Cross-training in MRI for registered RTs
