Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated LPN Medication Nurse responsible for providing licensed nursing support in a senior living environment. The role involves

• Administering medications and treatments following physician orders
• Ensuring accurate documentation in MAR/TAR and real-time updates
• Monitoring residents’ symptoms and administering medications for relief
• Reporting refusals or adverse reactions promptly
• Conducting Service & Health Updates (SHUs) and transcribing physician orders
• Observing and reporting physical, emotional, or cognitive changes
• Maintaining medication carts, completing narcotic counts, and ensuring compliance with regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
