Job Summary: Seek a Medical Laboratory Technician to perform and report analyses of various specimens in a state-of-the-art laboratory environment, ensuring high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities include: following established procedures to obtain accurate results, managing specimens properly, performing instrument maintenance and troubleshooting, replenishing supplies, and documenting quality control.
Assist in training new staff and participate in educational activities to stay current in the field.
Qualifications: Associate’s degree in a laboratory science, certification or eligibility as an MLT, with experience ranging from entry-level to more experienced roles. Military experience in related medical laboratory fields is welcomed.
Skills: Proficiency in laboratory procedures, computer applications, and teamwork. Ability to handle specimens accurately and efficiently, adhere to quality standards, and resolve issues promptly.
