Role Overview:
Provide comprehensive inpatient nursing care in a fast-paced, 24-bed advanced acute care unit.
Key responsibilities include: assessing patient needs, developing and coordinating care plans, delivering treatments and medications, and evaluating intervention outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes, promote safety, and enhance patient and family satisfaction.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, troubleshoot equipment issues, and adhere to organizational policies and standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing, with the ability to perform assessments, patient education, and discharge planning.
Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and compassionate care skills are essential.
Key Duties: Complete assessments, address holistic patient needs, execute care plans, and participate in safety and quality programs.
Work closely with physicians and staff to meet patient needs and contribute to unit goals.
Maintain compliance with policies and provide a positive patient experience.
