Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies; assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual domains; educate patients and families; participate in discharge planning; collaborate with interdisciplinary team members; evaluate nursing interventions; contribute to unit-based decision-making; mentor new staff and students; and ensure safety and high-quality care.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialized nursing training program; ability to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively within a team; adherence to policies and procedures; and commitment to compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Key Duties: Contribute data for assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care; promote patient safety and satisfaction; support patient and family responses to care; participate in team decision-making; and uphold organization policies.
