Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in a clinical setting, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating intervention effectiveness.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, coordinate care and discharge planning, administer treatments and medications, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice and quality safety initiatives, and promote patient satisfaction and safety.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Must meet licensure and scope of practice standards. Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and patient advocacy skills are essential.
