Seeking a full-time Inpatient RN responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care according to established standards. Key duties include assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions, administering treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests, and addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families. The role involves coordinating care plans, educating patients and families, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, delegating tasks, and participating in quality and safety initiatives. Candidates should have graduated from a recognized nursing training program and preferably have OR experience and scrubbing skills. The position requires flexibility for shift rotations, holiday and weekend work, and on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time.
