Role Overview: This position is for a per diem Inpatient RN responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Must have graduated from a specialty nursing training program and possess relevant licensure. Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and commitment to patient safety are essential.
Position Details: Flex position requiring a minimum of 24 hours of availability every four weeks, with at least one shift on weekends or holidays. Options include 8-hour or 10-hour shifts.
