Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards.
Responsibilities include providing direct patient treatments, medications, and diagnostics, conducting assessments, and addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
Develops and coordinates individualized care plans, educates patients and families, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and ancillary staff.
Delegates tasks, promotes teamwork, troubleshoots equipment, and participates in quality and safety initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Supports evidence-based practices and unit decision-making, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Engages actively in patient safety, organizational quality programs, and professional growth opportunities.
