Role Overview
The position involves providing professional emergency medical transportation and patient care, ensuring safety, timeliness, and adherence to protocols. Responsibilities include safely transporting patients, assessing and communicating patient conditions, and documenting medical histories and treatments in detailed reports. Qualifications & Skills
- Current or pending EMT National Registry and/or state license
- Ability to deliver medical care and transport patients at EMT or Paramedic level
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to operate in all weather and lighting conditions
- Successful completion of pre-employment interview, physical, lifting exam, and drug screening
- Completion of company-provided training and driving courses
Key Duties
- Provide patient care according to EMT protocols
- Transport patients safely and accurately navigate routes
