Medical Assistant – Live Well Homecare

Role Overview:

This position is for a full-time Medical Assistant responsible for supporting healthcare providers by performing clinical and administrative duties. Key responsibilities include

preparing exam rooms,

obtaining vital signs and patient history,

performing clinical skills such as phlebotomy, EKGs, point-of-care testing, and injections,

triaging calls and delivering test results with accurate medical terminology,

and

maintaining accurate patient records.

Qualifications & Skills:

High School Diploma or GED
No prior experience required, but up to 2 years of experience and CPR certification are preferred
Licenses or certifications in relevant clinical areas are necessary
