Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing care standards. It emphasizes promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
- Nursing diploma/associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid RN license.
- Experience is not mandatory; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
