Role Overview: We are hiring compassionate registered nurses for a 42-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU).
Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
- Promoting patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Participating in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, as well as engaging in professional development.
- Developing and documenting individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, patients, and families.
- Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
- Ensuring safety and alertness as this is a safety-sensitive role.
Qualifications:
- Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN and CCRN preferred).
- RN license required; no prior experience necessary, but ICU experience is preferred for higher responsibilities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.
- Additional certifications and licensure as per role requirements.
