Role Overview: Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient-centered care, educates patients and families on managing illnesses, and participates in activities that ensure safety, quality, and compliance. Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborates with the healthcare team, and assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers. Must work safely and maintain alertness at all times.
