Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing outpatient clinical support in a patient-centered, ambulatory environment.
Responsibilities: Obtain and document patient history, vital signs, and assist providers with examinations and minor procedures. Prepare and collect laboratory specimens, administer medications and vaccines, and ensure a clean, sterile environment. Support effective communication between patients and providers, follow up on diagnostic testing, and maintain accurate medical records to ensure quality care and continuity.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. New and experienced LPNs are encouraged to apply. Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting are essential.
