Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in an inpatient setting, supervises assigned staff, and supports staff orientation and performance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinates nursing activities, ensures regulatory compliance, promotes evidence-based practices, and addresses patient and family concerns. Participates in policy formulation, unit improvements, and maintains effective communication with staff and management. Supports a healthy work environment aligned with Magnet philosophies, mentors staff, and ensures optimal resource utilization.
Qualifications & Skills: Enrolled in a BSN program with at least 2 years of experience or graduate from specialty training. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Ability to communicate effectively, lead teams, and implement quality patient care. Flexibility to work hours that support patient care needs.
