Seeking Inpatient Registered Nurses to provide compassionate, high-quality care across various units including Critical Care, Emergency, Surgery, and Pediatrics.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering treatments and medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Nurses will evaluate intervention effectiveness, educate patients and families, and participate in safety and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications: Completion of a nursing specialty training program is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills, along with a commitment to professional growth and patient safety.
