Role Overview: This position involves performing and reporting various laboratory analyses from multiple specimen sources to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain productivity, manage multiple processes efficiently, ensure proper specimen handling and identification, perform instrument maintenance and troubleshooting, replenish supplies, follow reporting procedures, navigate computer applications, and assist in training new staff.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Medical Technology or related field. Must pass competency exams and have relevant certification or experience. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a clinical environment are essential.
