LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse – Per Diem

Role Overview: Provide urgent outpatient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with physician oversight, serving patients aged >1 year to geriatrics with diverse chief complaints. Assist in diagnosis, treatment, and minor procedures, while prioritizing tasks through critical thinking and clinical judgment.

Obtain and document patient history, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations.

Support providers in clinical tasks, minor procedures, and diagnostic exams.

Collect and prepare laboratory specimens, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Communicate with patients and providers, respond to questions, and manage medication and vaccination administration.

Maintain a clean, aseptic environment and prepare examination rooms between patients.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing, with the ability to provide care across specific age ranges. Strong clinical support, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills are essential.
