Role: Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering respiratory care to patients.
Key Duties: Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, administer therapies including aerosolized medications, oxygen, and secretion management, manage mechanical ventilators, and monitor patient vitals.
Assist in airway management, intra-hospital transport, and emergency interventions.
Collect and analyze arterial blood gases, educate patients and families on disease management, and support discharge planning.
Collaborate with medical teams, assist with bronchoscopy procedures, and serve as a shift coordinator after a year.
Support clinical education as a preceptor and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy, with required certifications including BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS.
Proficiency in patient assessment, therapeutic modalities, ventilator management, and emergency procedures.
Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines.
