Role Overview: This position is for a part-time Inpatient RN responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering compassionate patient care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical and psychosocial needs, develop and coordinate care plans, provide treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with healthcare team, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing, with the ability to meet unit standards and provide comprehensive patient care. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Work Environment & Unit Details: The GP2 unit is a 24-bed advanced acute care unit handling complex cases such as pneumonia, COPD, cardiac, renal, GI disorders, and postoperative patients. Ideal for those seeking experience in emergency or critical care.
