Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care in collaboration with healthcare providers to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective outcomes. The RN supports clinical staff, assists with daily patient management, and ensures adherence to clinical protocols and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with PCPs and specialists to optimize care and promote wellness.
- Assess and evaluate patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs using critical nursing skills.
- Ensure proper documentation of assessments and treatments per standards.
- Provide patient education and support, tailoring communication to patient and family abilities.
- Support a safe work environment by maintaining constant alertness and safety awareness.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
- 2-5 years of nursing experience; 5-10 years preferred for advanced roles.
- Current RN license and BLS certification.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient education skills.
