Acute Care Registered Nurse – Weekend Days

Role Overview:

This position involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with acute medical conditions, collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver effective treatment. Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities following nursing standards.

Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.

Promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance through active participation and professional growth.

Develop individualized care plans with clear goals, ensuring effective communication across the care continuum.

Evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, and spiritual factors.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree with RN licensure; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.

Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
