Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering compassionate patient care, coordinating nursing activities, and supporting interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities: Contribute to patient assessments, develop and evaluate care plans, administer treatments and medications, and ensure patient safety and satisfaction. Provide education to patients and families, participate in discharge planning, mentor new staff, and collaborate with physicians and team members. Engage in evidence-based practice and unit decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required). Demonstrates strong communication, compassionate care, teamwork, and adherence to policies. Ability to work in a clinical environment, meet care standards, and support professional growth.
Key Duties: Perform direct patient care, document patient data, evaluate intervention effectiveness, advocate for patient needs, and assist in staff training. Comply with organizational policies and contribute to a safe and supportive work environment.
