Role Overview: This is a full-time inpatient Registered Nurse position focused on providing compassionate, high-quality care in an advanced acute care unit. The RN assesses patient needs, develops and coordinates care plans, administers treatments and medications, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities include evaluating intervention effectiveness, addressing physical and psychosocial needs, and participating in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Candidates must have graduated from a specialty training nursing program. The role requires strong assessment, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with a commitment to safety, excellence, and continuous learning. Experience in acute care settings is preferred.
Key Duties:
- Assess and evaluate patient conditions within scope of practice
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, including patient and family education
- Provide direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostics
- Monitor patient responses and revise care plans accordingly
- Collaborate proactively with physicians, staff, and interdisciplinary teams
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decisions
