Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, and providing comprehensive patient care on a Medical-Surgical Remote Telemetry unit.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives to ensure optimal patient experiences.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing, compassionate care delivery, strong communication and teamwork abilities, problem-solving skills, and adherence to policies and standards.
Key Duties: Coordinate patient care, promote safety, advocate for patient and family needs, contribute to unit decision-making, and support organizational quality metrics.
