Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, while addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops, coordinates, and implements individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Evaluates and revises nursing interventions based on patient responses.
- Acts proactively to resolve patient needs by coordinating with physicians and support staff.
- Participates in evidence-based practice decisions and unit safety and quality initiatives.
- Engages in patient education, discharge planning, and safety protocols to ensure optimal care experience.
- Contributes to team goals, problem-solving, and troubleshooting equipment issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required); Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred).
- Ability to perform assessments, organize care, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
- Eligible for Temporary Practice Permit until NCLEX completion.
