Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, provide treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Ensure quality and safety through active participation in education programs and unit decision-making, troubleshooting equipment issues, and promoting patient satisfaction and safety.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (Bachelor’s preferred), with certification in ACLS for cardiac care. Knowledge of evidence-based practices, patient education, and discharge planning is essential. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are required.
Key Duties: Complete patient assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, implement and revise care plans, administer treatments, and participate in quality improvement activities. Maintain compliance with policies and foster compassionate, safe, patient-centered care.
