Role Overview: This position is for an Inpatient RN responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate care plans, provide treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Must have graduated from a nursing specialty training program (Bachelor’s preferred), possess strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, and be committed to compassionate patient interactions.
