Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, within established policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient data and contribute to care planning and evaluation.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Provide patient and family education, discharge planning, and support throughout hospitalization.
- Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs.
- Participate in evidence-based practice decision-making and unit-based initiatives.
- Mentor and precept new staff and students, fostering a professional environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing, with the ability to coordinate patient care, promote safety, and exhibit compassionate interaction.
