Role Overview: An Inpatient Registered Nurse provides compassionate, comprehensive care to diverse patients in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, and evaluate patient responses. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and ensure safe, high-quality patient experiences. Participate actively in safety and quality improvement initiatives, troubleshoot equipment issues, and contribute to evidence-based practice decision-making. Maintain compliance with organizational policies and uphold patient safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program, with strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and demonstrate compassionate, patient-centered care. Knowledge of best practices in safety and quality metrics.
