Care Manager

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides essential hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans, and documenting any changes. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key responsibilities. In Memory Care settings, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is also part of the role.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
