Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and meaningful interactions for residents, enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes.
Promoting safety, dignity, and independence is key, along with engaging residents through conversation and activities.
Support with dining services, maintaining a clean environment, and effectively communicating with families and care team members are essential duties.
In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; 18+ years old
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
Key Duties:
Assist residents with daily activities, promote safety and independence, engage residents in activities, support dining, and communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
Benefits & Compensation:
