Caregiver Role Summary

As a Caregiver, you play a vital role in enhancing residents’ quality of life by providing hands-on support and fostering meaningful relationships. Your key responsibilities include assisting with

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes. You will promote safety, dignity, and independence and engage residents through conversation and activities to enrich their daily experiences. In Memory Care settings, you create engaging, enriching activities for residents with memory loss.

**Qualifications:**
– High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
– CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
– Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
