Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to residents, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence while building meaningful relationships. Key duties include assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans, and documenting any changes. Engaging residents through conversation and daily activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are essential. In Memory Care settings, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is also part of the role. Effective communication with families and care leaders is vital to ensure quality care.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
