Care Manager

Role Overview

The Caregiver is essential in providing hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. Key responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes.

Engagement with residents through conversation and activities is vital, along with supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. For Memory Care residents, creating enriching experiences tailored to memory loss is also required.

Effective communication with families and care team members ensures quality care.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
