Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) – Overnight Clinical Leadership
The role involves providing overnight clinical supervision in a senior living environment, ensuring resident safety, and maintaining high standards of care and documentation.
Responsibilities include monitoring resident health, responding to condition changes, evaluating and documenting incidents, supervising caregiving and medication staff, managing shift staffing and attendance, overseeing medication administration and narcotic counts, transcribing physician orders, and updating service plans.
The Night Supervisor acts as the clinical authority on duty, combining clinical judgment with shift leadership to support resident well-being and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Over 1 year of experience in senior care or clinical settings
- Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills
