Position Overview

The role involves providing licensed nursing support in a senior living environment, focusing on safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration to ensure safety
• Document all activities accurately and promptly in MAR/TAR systems
• Monitor residents for symptoms, adverse reactions, and changes in health status
• Report any refusals or adverse reactions immediately
• Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) and transcribe physician orders
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes in residents
• Maintain medication carts, perform narcotic counts, and ensure compliance standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred

This role is vital in preventing medication errors, early detection of health changes, and safeguarding resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.
